Here is a type of fat burning workout that anyone who can count to 20 can do. Designed by Professor Tabata of the Japanese Speed Skating Team (eh?), it will make you work hard for 20 second intervals, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
You then repeat this 8 times through for one complete circuit. Handy if you are short of time, skip a session with your personal trainer in Liverpool Street or still on the other side of the country after Christmas with the in laws.
